its friiiiiiday!

its nap time! I thought I'd catch you all up on our week.  We actually spent most of our week at home.  Two out of our three play dates were canceled due to one little girl getting sick and Paisley having a fever on Wednesday.  Usually I get pretty stir crazy being at home so much, but we had a fabulous time playing, going on a couple walks, bubble baths (the girls take them together now - its adorable), coloring, playing in Paisleys tent, working out, splashing in mud puddles, watching a couple movies while P wasn't feeling well, re-organizing the play room, cooking, playing kitchen, playing dress up, making Valentines cards, aaaand the list goes on.  

I really tried to make sure I spent a lot of time just playing with Paisley this week.  She is growing up so fast, talks my ear off, and is full of personality.  I think I take advantage of the fact that she is suuuper independent, that I often find myself just letting her go off and play by herself.  I don't want to regret that when she is older, so I am really trying to be a more involved mom and get on the floor to play with her.  Everything else can wait! I think Sadie is going to be independent like P, sometimes I forget that Sadie is even in the room because she is so content just sitting and playing with her toys...except for the fact that she likes to babble my ear off like Paisley, too :)

This weekend we are hopefully buying a new (used) refrigerator, going to church, painting Paisley's room and having a Super Bowl party over here!
