TGIF! Paisley had a cold this week, which has finally gone away, which meant that we were home most of the week. I don't know about you, but I get very stir crazy being at home too much. By the time that Zach got home from work each day, I was just drained. Paisley was fussy, wanted to be held more than normal, wasn't very impressed with me trying to entertain her.. but we managed to make it to the weekend! Whew! I will say this, so you don't feel too bad for me, she has been SO tired the last few days and has taken lots of long naps yesterday and today. So.. I can't complain too much! I got some much needed organizing done today and was able to vacuum, dust, clean yesterday.

Paisley still hasn't fully walked yet. She has taken some steps, stands on her own all the time, but isn't too interested in walking. Everyone tells me to just be patient, because once she does walk, my life will change a lot :) So.. I will be patient!

Tonight Zach has his fantasy baseball draft {he's veeery excited} and so I am having some girlfriends over for wine and hours d'oeuvres. I'm reeeeeally looking forward to some much needed girl time.

Last night I made Salmon, Asparagus and Orzo salad. I've made it a few times and have always liked it, I think its a great salad for the summer because its so light and delicious. I guess I was just dreaming of summer time or something...
