new recipes

I have been cooking up a storm lately. Most of the recipes have been introduced to me by my mom, and each one of them are amazing so I thought I would share them with all of you!
{just click on all the recipe titles, and it will link you to the actual recipe}

Trust me, this is a keeper. I have made it twice since moving to Fife and they are a hit. Pair them with some delicious sweet potato fries and your mouth will be in heaven!

I love this recipe. I made a few changes, just because the first time we had it, it was TOO lemony. It calls for 4 lemons to marinate the chicken in, and I only used 1. Then, as far as the sauce, it calls for 3-4 lemons and I did 2. It also calls for 4 chicken breasts which I made, but ended up using 2 in the pasta dish and used the left over chicken the next night for sandwiches.

{For the sandwich: I used the leftover chicken, made bacon, spinach, cheese (we used provolone), and used the same mayonaise mixture that was already left over from the Rosemary chicken burgers - and we ended up eating them open faced, otherwise thats one HUGE sandwich!} YUM-O!

One word: delicious! I ended up using Alton Brown's Baked Meatball recipe instead of Ree's meatball recipe. As far as the baked meatballs, I made a couple of tweaks.. Instead of the 3 types of meats he used, I just used two types of ground turkey. One was regular ground tuker and one of the packages was an italian seasoned ground turkey, so I didn't end up adding the basil, parsley or garlic powder that he called for. They turned out amazing and make a TON, so I froze half of them for anther meal!

The sandwiches were really good and would be fun for a party!

This was really good! This was one of Zachs favorites, and really good as leftovers!

This week, I am going to try Baked Zucchini Fries, Zuppa Toscana, Danica's famous French Dips, and Christy's recipe for quiche.

I hope you all enjoy these recipes as much as I do!
