Summer is over, my friends...

I loved this summer! So many unexpected things happened, but I wouldn't have guessed that we would have gotten to spend this summer here in Washington!! It is so much fun being back, being surrounded by family and friends and watch Paisley Pickle grow up. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

These last few weeks have flown by. Zach and I celebrated our three year anniversary on the 7th. We had a great date to Stanley & Seaforts. It was so nice to get away, just the two of us and enjoy each others company. We loved reflecting on the last three years and how much has changed - even how much has changed in the last YEAR! We got pregnant, had a baby, lost a job, moved back home.. Crazy! But in the end, we are happy, blessed and love life.

Paisley is doing great! I was just putting clothes on her yesterday and remembering how just a few short weeks ago that was an easy task to do. Now my little wiggle worm is a little harder to dress! She loves to be moving. She also enjoys to stand on our laps while she bounces up and down, loves to feel textures with her hands, play with her toys, and put everything in her mouth. Speaking of her mouth - she has 2 teeth! Two teeth popped up in the last 2 weeks, which has been a little challenging - but we are back to normal around here again! Until the next tooth pops up :) I was trying to take a picture of her teeth, and all she wanted to do was put my phone in her mouth.. hence the close up picture below.

I am excited for this next season in life, it just feels good! I love the Fall and I love change. We are still praying for an open door to a full time job for Zach, we just know that God has the perfect one out there for him. As for now, he is still temping for Eddie Bauer - which has been such a great opportunity.

I started Bible Study last week, which I am very excited about. We will be reading One Simple Act by Debbie Macomber. I look forward to being challenged and grow!

Looking forward to this next season!
